About me

That I like motion capture is pretty clear, but let's talk a bit about me.

I greatly enjoy playing games and often spend time behind my PC playing with friends or alone. I would say my interest in games began when I  watched my brother play video games when I was still young to hold a controller, but my passion began way before that through board- and tabletop games. It was easy to become invested in characters and stories when you were the one controlling them, and seeing how games grew as I did only sparked my interest in this field more.

Next to digital games, as I mentioned before, I'm an enthousiastic table-top player. Every other week I embark on new journeys with close friends through Dungeons and Dragons, where I tell the story of a western outlaw gang traversing the American Wastelands. Telling these stories and seeing my friends respond to the characters and stories I came up with is amazing to me and only further fuels my passion of creating these experiences digitally.

But enough about games, I enjoy other things too! I like baking, cooking and trying out different recipes. When I'm not salvaging my burned pies, I make music and often play the guitar, banjo or sing when I feel like it. Music and movement are entertwined, so it's no surprise I feel fascinated by both. Lastly, I work on cosplay in my free time, recreating costumes to the best of my extend.

Working on these hobbies is a way for me to clear my head and refresh myself, something I value a lot.
